My favorite food is ramen, it is a Japanese food composed of various things, within the main thing that makes up ramen is noodles, soup and vegetables. this has a simple preparation, although in some cases there are difficult ingredients to get, such as sesame oil , shiitake mushrooms and miso paste, however, you can do without these to not complicate life so much.
A spectacular preparation that we do with my girlfriend is, make a vegetable broth , while we chop the onion and shiitake mushrooms, in addition we add 3 chopped garlic, these are sautéed with sesame oil and normal or olive oil. After the onion becomes a little transparent we add the vegetable broth and hope it boils over high heat for 5 minutes and then lower the flame in half, Then we add soy sauce to taste and let it boil over medium or low heat for a long time, the better, because this way we generate that the umami is concentrated and the broth has a better flavor and more concentrated.Once we are soon to serve add the miso paste to the creation and let rest a little.On the other hand, toppings must be prepared to accompany our creation. We chose between broccoli, corn, chives , dragon tooth, carrot, nori seaweed, portobello or normal mushrooms, among many others. Once the soup and toppings are ready, boil water and add the noodles for about 2 minutes. After that you will dress up and taste that wonderful combination of flavors.
I chose this food, not only because of its flavor, but also because of what its preparation entails, since it is very entertaining to cook with my girlfriend, we are always talking and laughing when we make a mistake or forget to do something else. although in the times we’ve been too hungry, it’s not so funny hahahahah. This food has a nutritious effect on our bodies, since we eat a lot of vegetables and other things, although perhaps soy is what can negatively affect our body, so it should be used with caution. Undoubtedly this preparation is very great for the versatility that can be developed.
